Tüma ‘d Censü cheese is made using cows’ milk from Piedmontese farms and processed by Caseificio Quaglia according to the traditional family recipe. Natural ripening at controlled temperatures of 7 – 15°C gives this cheese a fragrant aroma and a delicate, balanced flavour.
